All members can use our FREE 24-hour access to account information by phone. You can check balances and activity, make transfers and loan payments, request a check, and inform us of a lost or stolen VISA debit or ATM card or activate a VISA debit or ATM card.  To get started on our phone banking system just dial (800) 234-3728 and follow the prompts.  For a printable instruction card click on the more info tab.    There are multiple verification steps to ensure security on member accounts.  New enrollees will use the last four digits of their account social security number as their initial four digit PIN.  The prompts for changing the PIN are on the instruction card.  Please contact us at (360) 357-5660 or (800) 672-7211 if you have any questions or concerns.
