NOTICE: Generations Members may have received a text message that may have indicated Generations or another credit union has blocked their VISA card. This is a fraudulent attempt to get your private information. Please do not follow through on the request.

NOTICE: Generations Plastic Cards (along with other Financial Institution's plastic cards) are still blocked in certain countries. Due to excessive card fraud at a number of local credit unions as a result of the Heartland data breach, Generations has now blocked all Debit and Credit card usage in the following countries: Trinidad, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Russia, South Africa, and Romania.
